The Anchor Forge Has a New Home!

Having entered into a partnership with Waypoint Church (south of Ft. Bend Westpark Tollway on Fulshear-Gaston Road), the church will now provide meeting/training space and other resources for the local first-responder community.

Training

We provide training and resource-development services on a variety of topics specific to the roles of first responders. Training courses are posted here and shared within the community.

Post-Incident Support

Our team and it's associates are well-trained, seasoned professionals who bring skill, years of experience and passion in their efforts to assist first responders in the wake of traumatic incidents and events.

Group & Individual Meetings

These meetings serve as a safe and confidential opportunity to discuss any and all of the issues and challenges faced by first responders. Times and dates of these gatherings will be posted here.

Our Three-fold Mission

Prepare

Prepare

Prepare

We seek to engage with professionals and volunteers in all areas of the first response and assistance professions. We offer insight, training, guidance and resources that may help mitigate the negative impact of stress and trauma experienced by those who serve, as well as those who have previously served.

Support

Prepare

Prepare

Our focus is not on "preaching," but on offering a safe, confidential means of support and assistance to all first responders. While we are a faith-based organization, we seek to assist all who serve.

Restore

Prepare

Restore

We seek to come alongside first responders who have been battered by the storms of the profession; to serve and support them as they attempt to reset anchors that have been loosened or lost.

Additionally, we offer effective strategies and resources designed to maintain the emotional, psychological, and physical well-being of first responders.

Anchor Forge Lead Trainer and Facilitator
